I called the Freephone number this morning to request a technician and wanted to give you some feedback about the service I received.  My call was answered by Sarah who was very helpful and said she would try to get a technician today but would give me half an hour notice.  As promised I received a call this afternoon and the technician, Stephen, arrived within about 15 minutes.  He was extremely pleasant, explained what he was going to do then talked me through what he had done when he had completed the job.  He was very respectful of our property and left the area clean and tidy. 

We are often very quick to complain when things go wrong, and I believe we should be as keen to give praise where it is due.  Part of my professional work is in assessing organisations against a national customer service excellence standard which maybe makes me more aware of customer service issues – I certainly recognise good service when I see it, and this is what I have seen from Drain Doctor today.
